Donald P. Guillemette

Donald P. Guillemette, 59 years old, of Sanford, ME died peacefully at his home.Don was born on November 22, 1948 in Sanford, ME. He was the son of Leo and Ida (Roux) Guillemette.Don was an honorable and kind man that will be dearly missed by his loving family, and many friends.Don is survived by his parents Leo and Ida Guillemette of Sanford, his former wife and best friend Elaine Guillemette of Sanford, a daughter Kristen Perfetuo and her husband Jim of Marshfield, MA, a son Heath Guillemette of Sanford, and a granddaughter Ella K. Perfetuo. Also surviving are his sisters, Rachel Titherington of Sanford, Elaine Marby of Springvale, Jeanne Palmer of Springvale, a brother Roger Guillemette of Sanford, and several nieces and nephews.Services for Don will be held privately at the convenience of the family.For those that desire, in lieu of flowers the Guillemette family suggests memorial donations be made to the Center for Cerebellar Neurobiology at Mass.
