David Wayne Patch

David W. Patch, 64, of Springvale, ME died at his home Tuesday September 16, 2003.Mr. Patch was born on August 18, 1939 in Sanford, ME. He was the son of David H. and Geraldine Vachon Patch.Mr. Patch attended local schools and is an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. While stationed in Vietnam Mr. Patch repaired helicopters. Upon his return to the States he was employed at Seabrook Power Plant.Mr. Patch enjoyed photography, was an avid sports fan, and in his younger years was an amateur boxer.Surviving is a daughter Sheila and Brian Ryea of Sanford; two granddaughters, Amber and Autumn; two sisters, Geraldine Griffin, Priscilla Hensel, a brother Wayne Patch, a step-father George Carignan, several nieces and nephews, and good friend, companion and caregiver Ginger Nash.Services for Mr. Patch will be at the convenience of the family.
