Darren Lee Ireland, 19, passed away on February 11, 2026.

Born on October 29, 2006, in Biddeford, Darren was a beloved son, brother, and grandson. Though his time on earth was far too short, his memory will be held close in the hearts of those who loved him.

Darren enjoyed playing video games, listening to music, and spending time with his friends. He also loved working with his hands and was interested in learning mechanics. He also liked four wheeling and enjoyed being kind to children.

He is survived by his parents, Amanda (Jalbert) Lish and Terry Ireland Jr.; his siblings, Domanick Ireland, Emma Lish, Kiley Townsend-Ireland, Alan Leach-Ireland, and Adysin Leach; his Nana, Darlene Townsend; his Papa, Terry Ireland Sr.; grandparents Dennis Jalbert and Brenda Jackson and many extended family members and friends who will continue to honor his memory.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

  12. I was friends with Darren in 2021 and we used to skateboard together almost everyday in the summer. It’s heartbreaking to hear he has left us so soon. Rest easy now darren.
