YARMOUTH - Conrad Paul Berger, 87, of Yarmouth, died Tuesday April 9, 2013 at Bay Square Senior Living Center. Paul was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on March 26, 1926 a son of Charles and Cora Lang Berger. He was a 1944 graduate of Stroudsburg High School in Stroudsburg, PA. Following high school Paul served with the U.S. Navy during WWII. Upon returning from his military service he attended college and was a 1951 graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. On May 31, 1947 he married the former Jean G. Lee of Stroudsburg, PA. Paul was vice president in charge of sales for Adamation, Inc. of Newton, MA., until 1975. In 1975 he founded Berger Brothers Service Systems of Ashford, CT. He retired in 1987. Following his retirement he and his wife moved to Alford, FL. Paul was predeceased by his wife in 2006 and two brothers, Joseph and Fred Berger. Survivors include four daughters, Judith Yost and husband Richard of Falmouth, MA, Catherine Davis of Bridgton, Susan Berger of Gorham, Linda Pollock of West Granby, CT; three sons, Timothy Berger of Bridgton, Richard Berger and wife Nancy of Watertown, MA, Peter Berger and wife Lisa of Chattanooga, TN; a sister, Margaret Reed and husband Edward of Ocala, FL; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Holy Martyrs Church, Route 88, Falmouth Foreside, Falmouth. Burial will be in Stroudsburg, PA. Those desiring may make donations to: Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301. Arrangements are being handled by Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 172 State Street, Portland. Online condolences may be expressed below.
