Charles D. Cognato, Sr., passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday January 17, 2015 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. He was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on December 27, 1935. He was an Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.A Celebration of his Life will be held on Tuesday, January 20 at 6:30 PM at the South Waterboro Bible Chapel, 911 Main Street, Waterboro.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.Condolences may be expressed at the Condolences tab at left.
