Cathy R. Henry

Cathy Rae Henry, 55, of Key West, a longtime resident of Springvale, died unexpectedly on July 21 at her home in Key West.She was born in Sanford on February 5, 1958, the daughter of Ray and Julie (Roy) Dutremble.Cathy was an amazing artist, always full of inspiration and creative energy. She loved the outdoors and was most at home in nature. She was known at the Butterfly Woman because her flowers attracted so many butterflies. She was always drawn to a simple life close to the earth, spending months camping with her children.She was an amazing mother, inspiring her children to follow their dreams and be free to live a life full of joy, love and magic.Survivors include her parents, three children, Desiree Henry of Hawaii, Beau Henry also of Hawaii, Grant Henry of Colorado and a brother Gary Dutremble of Wyoming.Private ceremonies will be held at a later date.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
