Brent M Hill

Brent M. Hill, 60, of Sanford, Maine passed away at his home January 14, 2021 from a long battle with cancer. He was born October 27, 1960 in Fayetteville, NC to Bryan M. Hill and Sandra L. Risingson. With an openness to life and a penchant to befriend all those he met, Brent lived a full life defined by his warm heart and playful spirit. As a child he was drawn to the arts, and was known to spend hours drawing away at his drafting table. Upon graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Army and served at Ft. Hood, TX as a flightline mechanic and was an expert rifleman. After exploring much of the US over the years, Brent eventually made his home in Southern Maine around 2000. Throughout his life, Brent found his happiness riding motorcycles, playing pool, and being with those he loved most, his friends and family. In his final years, Brent spent much of his free time dedicated to the local billiards community in Southern, Maine, where he played regularly and served as a mentor figure to many young players. Brent was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, grampy/opa and friend, whose charm and kind soul will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Brent was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra L. Risingson, and step-mother, Paula B. Hill. He is survived by his three children; daughter, Bianca R. Kisselburg (husband, Bobby) of Arkansas; son, Bryan A. Hill of Arizona; daughter, Ashley M. Hill of Delaware; three grandchildren, Caleb Kisselburg, Hayden Kisselburg and Leah Johnson; father, Bryan M. Hill of Sanford, ME; sister, Renai Hill of Helena, Montana; and step-sisters, Bonnie Cole and Maureen LeClair of Lyman, ME; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. At this time there will be no services.
