Brandon M. Kishimoto

brandon kishimoto

Our beloved Brandon M. Kishimoto, 25, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.Brandon was born on April 3, 1995 to James and Marianne (Counter) Kishimoto in Manchester, CT. He moved to Sanford in 2004 and attended local schools, graduating from Sanford High School in 2013.Brandon was currently employed at Eustis Cable Enterprises as a lineman. Being outdoors was something Brandon thoroughly enjoyed. He loved fishing and hunting. He enjoyed everything about nature. In this “modern” world that we live in, it is easy to see a bug, caterpillar or plant as insignificant and pass it right by, but Brandon didn’t do that. He acknowledged and appreciated all those things. He had so much knowledge and respect for quite literally every living thing. Brandon was teaching his son, Aiden, those same values, always trying to be the best dad he could be. In fact, he recently expressed, “I want to be there for him. I want to be a good dad, that’s all”. Brandon was also a loving and caring son and devoted brother. He will be missed immensely.Brandon was a smart, passionate, tough and hardworking young man. He will always be remembered for his amazing smile, sense of humor and his unique laugh. He was energetic and had ambitious goals. The footprint he left not only on us humans, but on wildlife and nature as well is indelible. He was loved dearly and will forever be missed. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Norman and Gisele Counter of Lac Megantic, Quebec, Canada and Hideo “Gary” Kishimoto of East Hartford, CT.Survivors include the love of his life – his three year old son, Aiden Kishimoto.
