Beatrice Y. Lehoux

Beatrice Y. Lehoux, 87, of Sanford, died January 14 at the Sanford Health Care Facility after a lengthy illness.She was born in Sanford on January 6, 1918, the daughter of Frank and Marie Louise (St. Cyr) Cote, and attended the former Holy Family School.She had been employed some years ago with the former Sanford Mills and Universal Shoe.A lifelong resident, she was a communicant of St. Ignatius Church. Survivors include a son, Michael Lehoux and his wife Ada, 2 daughters, Marie Lehoux, Rita Bard and her husband Donald, all of Sanford, 2 brothers, Roger Cote of Shapleigh, Rene Cote of Sanford, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Sunday at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Monday in St. Ignatius Church. Burial will be in the spring in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
