Barbara S. Reed

Barbara S. Reed, 98, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday February 28, 2007 at the Newton Center. She was born on December 15, 1908 in Emery Mills, a daughter of Albert and Ruby (Muchmore) Jellison.Barbara enjoyed embroidery, crocheting and playing cribbage. Barbara was a loving person who cared for many relatives.She is predeceased by her first husband, Roger Gerrish, her second husband, Harry Reed. She is survived by a special cousin, Hazel Marquez as well as nieces and nephews.A Graveside service will be held in the spring at Riverside Cemetery in Springvale.Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street in Springvale.To leave the family a message of condolence please use the "condolences" tab to the left.
