BJ and my other cousin wanted to be morticians when they grew up!
I’m so sorry I never made it to Maine to visit you
I am so sorry to learn of BJ’s passing. I just found out. She and I “talked” by Messenger several times a year for years now. I thought it was odd she didn’t respond to my last message. I have some old photos of her dad and mom I want to give the nieces if they want so I hope someone can reach out.
My husband and I are building our new home and BJ had hers built so she offered much valuable advice.
BJ and I are cousins but she was a couple years older than me and my dad, her uncle, was in the Air Force. Since we lived always away from her, I only spent time in person with her was during vacations and funerals.
BJ, my dad’s niece, became close friends completely by coincidence with my mom’s niece!
So sorry to hear of us all losing our friend Barbara (she was Pixie to me and my wife Beth). We had been friends for over 25 years. I miss her terribly. She was such an interesting woman and so terribly smart and funny.
I was her footcare nurse. It was an honor to care for her we had great conversations!
Barbara & the Orlowski family became family to me through marriage over 44 years ago. Since that time Barbara & I connected through many family moments both happy & sad & while her passing closes the family book, she leaves with me many cherished moments. Her pain is now over & they are all (her father Simeon, mother Josephine, (Josie), brother Sam (Sy) & Barbara (Bashia) & her beloved son Ceasar are all together again. Rest In Peace Orlowski family, Love you all.
Bashia, Will miss our phone conversations just to “catch up” about our lives & the funny Sundays of “90 day fiance” even though you always fell asleep before it came on, lol. To my furry (nephew) Ceasar, your upcoming birthday of May 25th will be remembered by me with a big ole burger (your favorite treat) & a glass of wine for your “mom”. Love you all & “Dobranoc”, xo tommy
