  1. Fred’s Family, I met Fred Lucci some twenty years ago at St. Vincent de Paul soup kitchen. Through the years I was blessed to get to know this wonderful man. His kindness and gentle nature were a delight to be around. His empathy and respect for the less fortunate people in this world was admired. His intellect and quick wit was just amazing. The world was a better place with Fred Lucci around. He was my friend and I will miss him dearly. My condolences, Scott Moran
