A. Keith Walker
January 26, 1931 ~ July 30, 2017
South Portland - A. Keith Walker, 86, died Sunday, July 30, 2017 with his family by his side at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, Scarborough.
Born in Waterville, Keith was the son of the late Earl and Inez (Crawford) Walker. He honorably served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict where he was stationed in Japan.
Following his honorable discharge, Keith returned to Maine where he was employed by the Rigby Railroad. Throughout his life he was an active member in the American Legion Harold T. Andrews Post No. 17, VFW Deering Memorial Post 6859, Portland Elks Lodge No. 188, and the Moose Lodge 1310. In addition to his active involvement through many fraternal organizations, Keith was an avid golfer.
He was the loving husband of Angelina Walker who passed away in 2016.
Keith is survived by his son, Samuel Serappa Sr. and wife Ruth Mickey; step-daughter, Marie; grandchildren, Sam Serappa Jr. and wife Terri, Jr., Terry Serappa, Sr., Kathy Sandora and husband Greg. Keith is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 11AM at New Calvary Cemetery, Broadway, South Portland.

To the loved ones of Keith I wish to say what a fine person he was, an absolute Gentleman among men
And a person who thought before he spoke. Though it has been many years since I talked with him, I remain thankful to him for sound advice he gave me at a critical time in my life. May God be with you, Keith. Kevin Powell
