  1. Sending love to the entire Plante Family. Chica was such a warm & friendly person-she will be missed by many. I know she’s already quilting up there with Diane (Princess) Angers & Janet Angers ❤️ Love-Carrie Hagan

  2. Chica was a good friend for so many years, I always kidded her about being older, only by 6 months. So many good times quilting, at the shop and on retreats!
Always made cream cheese and olives for her. How she loved her family and the great grands! Love to Charlie and all her family.

  3. Aunt Chica was a dynamo! I use to enjoy visiting her at the library when Dave and I spent the summers on Square Pond. I loved that she was so different from my mother! It was always fun to visit on the “farm”!

  4. Sending my condolences to the family of chica! Lucky to have so many memories of her growing up with her grandkids. She was like family to me and my thoughts are with you all during this difficult time! Love Jeff and Kendall

  5. To Charlie and family – I quilted with Chica for many years and we talked occasionally after Covid shut us down. I will miss her smile and her great advice and technique for binding quilts. God rest her soul.

  6. I will always remember my many days hanging out with Chica. She always made me feel welcomed. I loved out chats when I would cut her hair.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family💕
