Beverly A. Roy 74, of Sanford Maine, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, surrounded by her friends and family. She was born on January 10, 1948, in Milton N.H. She was the daughter of Carl Pierce and Mary (Drew) Pierce. She grew up in and attended school in Milton, graduating from Nute High School in 1966.
Beverly worked in the health care field for many years before her retirement in 2015. She enjoyed yard sales, watching lifetime movies on tv, camping, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, her three siblings, and her husband Raymond Roy whom she wed in 1975.
She is survived by her 5 children Karen Deighan of Center Ossipee NH, Kendra LeGendre and her husband Jeff of Center Ossipee NH, Chris Copp of Buxton Maine, Ray Roy and his wife Jennifer of Waterboro Maine, Rick Roy and his wife Marisa of Shapleigh Maine, 17 grandchildren, 18 greatgrandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 6th at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.

she was the best grandmother ive had, and the best great grandmother to her great grandson kyrie, her contagious laugh and her sweet smile will be forever missed.
she would give them anything they needed if she had it she’d go without just to make sure someone she knows and loves is taken care of.

how to get good deals shopping & at yard sales her secret at yard sales was “if the youngest kid asks they will most likely just give it to them because they are little”
just about everything she had the biggest heart.

sweet, stubborn and super giving and helpful
she would give up her shirt on her back for anyone in need. you needed something Beverly had it and wouldn’t hesitate to give it to you.

baking and finding super deals at stores and yard sales
she loved any holiday she spent with family but she especially loved the ones where her and her grandkids and kids sat down and had a big meal together she loved spending time with us.
