Paula F. Strong, 63 years old of Acton, ME died suddenly on Saturday, September 22, 2007.Paula was born on June 19, 1944 in Winchester, MA, and attended Massachusetts's schools. Paula moved to Maine after marrying her loving husband Robert Strong.Paula could be best described as a very outgoing, caring, and loveable woman. She had a genuine zest for life and an infectious smile. Paula loved the outdoors. She enjoyed spending time in the garden, or a cool dip in the lake. She was an animal lover, and especially enjoyed her pet birds. Paula also enjoyed traveling with her husband, and quiet evenings at home.Paula was the owner of Paula Strong Skin Care of Sanbornville, NH, and will surely be missed by her many friends and clients there.Surviving is Paula's husband of 13 years Robert Strong of Acton, their children, Andrea Stanton of Salem, NH, Richard Hodge Jr. of Muskegon, MI, Michele Pinksten of Pelham, NH, Jules D'Antilio of Barrington, NH, and Robin Campbell of Pembroke, NH. Also surviving is a brother Jeffrey Delong of Martha's Vineyard and 15 grandchildren.A period of visitation will be held this Wednesday, September 26, 2007 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St. Springvale, ME; where funeral services will be held following visitation at 3:30 PM.To leave the family a message of condolence please use the "condolences" tab to the left.
