Juan Jalbert, 40, of Springvale, Maine, passed away on Saturday May 8, 2021 in the comfort of his home with his cousin at his side. He was born on September 19, 1980 in Salem, MA, the son of the late Shirley Jalbert and Juan Martinez. He attended Sanford area schools after moving from Salem in 1986. He graduated from Sanford High School in 1999. For the past 15 years he had been employed by Central Tire Company in Sanford. He loved spending time with his daughter, Emily and learning to cook. He thoroughly enjoyed music especially the oldies, 70's rock and drumming. He was one of the biggest Buffalo Bills fan, living and dying with each play on any given Sunday. He was always the life at any gathering, very entertaining making everyone laugh. He is survived by his young daughter, Emily, sister and brother in law, Philip and Heather Langlais, twin nephews, Philip Langlais and his wife, Amanda, Christopher Langlais and his wife, Olivia, great niece, Isla. Also lots of loving sister and brother in laws and cousins. We will miss this genuine kind soul forever. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 15th at 11AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church in Sanford.

  1. Juan was a very special man, I have known him for many years especially while he was my daughter’s partner. Juan was a very gentle soul and extremely kind person. He was like a second son to me. He loved being with people and always was happy and laughing at life. He was always there taking care of me and would stop what ever he was doing if I needed some help. He would go out of his way to always speak to me.
    I will truly miss his sweet face and his kinds words, my heart aches over losing him in my life. Juan, I hope you are with your Mom and the angels are taking care of you! All my love your second Mom! Pam
