Terri L. Tuliper, 64, of Sanford, passed away on August 12, 2021 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. She was born in Portland on January 8, 1957 a daughter of Ernest and Elsie (Higginbotham) Baker.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Benjamin J. Tuliper, son, Ryan M. Baker and his wife, Michele of Waterboro and their sons, Michael and Nicholas, daughter, Brianna L. Baker- Marshall and her husband David W. Marshall, their five daughters, Alexia, Aubrille, Kenzie, Brynnlee and Emelia. She is also survived by her mother Elsie Higginbotham as well as her siblings, Linda McPherson, Dennis Baker, Jeanie Seeman, Cheryl Sharpless and Javalie Higginbotham.
Terri was a very strong young lady and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
