RIP: I will miss you, I’m sorry I wasn’t there to say goodbye. For over 35 years we were very
Close friends and I will never forget all the good times we shared, the memories will stay
With me forever.
No more worries, no more pain.
Always,
Rita
Jean welcomed us to the neighborhood with generosity. She loved her pups and cats while also treating other critters to scrumptious snacks. Jean enjoyed sharing stories of her childhood and worklife. A favorite was how valued her mother was as a teacher; so much so that in order to keep her mom, the principal allowed toddler Jean to come along too. Being precosious, she quickly became a reader as her academic career began with a love for school.
Being fiercely independent, Jean was well known for her work supervising former Home Economic offerings at Maine Tech Centers and running a successful landscaping business. As recently as this past birthday, she offered an opinion on the Anchorage Bay entrance garden which she kept up for many years.
Even when challenged, Jean remained caring and would surprise one with her humorous, witty retorts.
We will miss you! Judy and David
