  1. Roy,
Your last breath here was your first in heaven. My best memory of you that I will forever hold on to, is when you allowed me to hold your hands and pray with you. I know when you moved from here to your eternal home, Jesus was right there waiting. I will not say “Good-bye” but I will say, “See you later” I will watch over Tina and so will your children. Oh, and when I see the full moon….I will always think of you, Tina and me. (Hehehehe)
Tina, I am so proud of how you walked Roy through the most difficult time in His life and in yours. You made a promise to keep him home and with the help of his amazing children you all gave Roy the best gift ever. May God hold your heart as you grieve for the love of your life and may God’s peace wash over you and the kids every day. ❤️

  2. I was fortunate to have met this sweet handsome man. Dear Tina, Chelsea, Aria and the family, my condolences to you all.

    • Tina, it broke my heart to hear this news. Roy was the sweetest man and he loved you and the kids with all his heart. Praying for your comfort during this time and so sorry for your loss, he will be missed by us all who were blessed to know him. Love you, Bonnie

  3. To the first man I ever loved. It was a honor and a privilege to be by yourside and Tina for 2 months . You are the toughest, strongest man. Even when your body was failing you . The best hugs were while transitioning you to the chair …. you’d always say: I love you, baby . You’re my first baby. Thank you for helping me. And how’d did you get to be so strong ?
You’re a proud Mexican American. You worked hard with and for your family , your entire life . You achieved the American dream. You served your country. You always said to work hard for what you want . And be happy .
You met Tina… the best decision you ever made . It wasn’t always easy. She made you a better man. You two are soul mates . You were afraid to leave Tina, and us kids… we made you a promise. We will all be ok. We will. But we will be sad at times . I told you, we (kids) are the last fabrics of yourself… we will continue your life and legacy . And will always be there for our mom, Tina .
I love you daddy, forever .

  4. So truly sorry for the loss of Uncle Roy! I will miss him dearly. He was always so much fun to be around! To Tina and his children… May God hold you tight through this very difficult time! Enjoy Paradise, Uncle Roy and give mama your siblings and grandma and grandpa a big hug for me. Till we all meet again . What fun that will be!!!❤️ Margot Hillenbrand
