Mark D. Baltzer, 67, of Sanford, passed away from cancer at his home on Sunday, November 21, 2021. He graduated from Winnacunnett High School in Hampton, NH in 1972. Mark started his career in law enforcement working for the York Beach Police Department in York. He ended his career at the Portsmouth Navy Yard where he worked in the welding shop. He enjoyed driving his classic custom hearse down back roads with his son, Adam and going to car shows with his son Dale. He is predeceased by his wife of 14 years, Chona whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his sons, Dale O. Baltzer II and Adam J. Baltzer and his wife, Katie, four granddaughters, Eva, Charlotte, Victoria and Alice, one sister, Marilynn Baltzer, one brothers, Charles Baltzer. He also leaves several cousins, friends especially his Filipino friends. He will be greatly missed by many. Burial will be in the spring in Meddybemps, Maine.
