I Will always remeber us carousing Rt1, hitting up all the antique stores and beaches every summer. You were a very special soul that taught me to see the brighter side of life. Also to see the little things and to be appreciative for what you do have. LOVE YOU 4EVER AND ALWAYS MEME!
– William
My name is Louise and I managed the Jagger apartments for several years up until retiring a little over a year ago. I don’t believe I ever had the pleasure to meet any of Joan’s children but, I need to tell you that she was a very special and caring woman and a true lady. She would always have tea ready for me when I went to her apartment yearly to renew her lease. She told me the stories of growing up and spending her summers on the island. I always left her home with a soothing sense she seem to have that effect on me. Rest in peace my dear Joan.
