Samuel M. Chernin. 25, of Sanford, died on Monday, January 16, 2017.Samuel was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia on November 25, 1991 to William and S. Milo Chernin. In 1998 he moved with his family to Sanford where he grew up and attended local schools, graduating from Sanford High School in 2010.To know Samuel was to Love him. He was an outgoing and social man with many friends. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, nephew and cousin and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Samuel was predeceased by his father, Dr. William E. Chernin.Surviving are his mother, S. Milo Chernin, two siblings, Rebecca and Isaac Chernin and his girlfriend, Bryanna Severance, all of Sanford.A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM of Thursday, January 19th at Temple Israel located at 200 State Street in Portsmouth, interment will follow at the Temple Israel CemeteryArrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.To leave a message of condolence for the family please click on the condolences tab to the left.
