Carter, III, 63, of Casco, died March 28 at his home.He was born in Holbrook MA on October 20, 1950, the son of Roland S. and Rhoda (Frethy) Carter, II.A memorial service will he held on Saturday, April 5 at 2:00 PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
