Michael F. Welch, 59, of Sanford, died July 11 at the Goodall Hospital in Sanford after a brief illness.He was born in Boston, MA on June 30, 1952, the son of Joseph W. and Irene (Roche) Welch.Survivors include a son, Michael E. Welch of Boston, MA and several siblings.Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday from 3 to 5 PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
