William C. Thomas, 46, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday March 9, 2017. He was born in South Portland on January 21, 1971 a son of Theodore and Carol (Curtis) Thomas.Billy loved life to the fullest. He always brought laughter to others. Billy had the biggest heart. He always helped people he felt needed it, and those who asked for help. He never said no. If Billy could have one wish granted to him, it would have been for everyone to enjoy life.Even after death he keeps on giving by donating his body parts to others. Love you Billy, with all my heart and soul. Mom.He gave hope to others through the gift of life.
