Lucille L. Therrien

Lucille M. Therrien 88 of Sanford, passed away on Saturday, March 07, 2015 at the home of her daughterJoyce and son in law Michael Cyr. She was born in Sanford, on September 30, 1926, a daughter of the late Arthur and Roseanna Roux.Lucille worked for several companies including various shoe shops, before retiring from Aleta Dress Shop.She was a devoted wife, wonderful and caring mother, and memere. She was a woman very dedicated to her faith. She enjoyed saying several daily rosaries, including watching Mass on TV , especially Mother Angelica. Her faith and family were the most important, parts of her life.She is predeceased by her husband Roland, of 61 years, and siblings Romeo, Butch, Emile, and Gerard Roux, Irene Quinn, Laurette Dion,Jean Cote and Lillian Trembley.She is survived by her daughter, Joyce and husband Michael Cyr, daughter Gayle and her husband Robert Martineau, grandsons Pat Cyr and Captain Anthony Martineau,and wife 1st Lieutenant Rebecca Martineau, and her great grand children, Annie and Eliza Cyr. She is also survived by her sister Rita Lemieux, Robert Roux and wife Bea and sister Dorothy Turmelle,and many nieces and nephews.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday March 11, at 10:00 AM. at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy family Church.
