Theodora Teves

Theodora R. Teves, 57, of Biddeford died on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford.Theodora was born on February 6, 1953 to Karl and Ottilie (Lieber) Greier and grew up on a farm in Kilianshol, Germany. She moved to the United States and lived in various places around the country before settling in Maine in 1993.Theodora enjoyed cooking and baking. She especially enjoyed making old German recipes. Theodora was a very devoted mother who made family her first priority. She was a quiet woman with a good sense of humor and was also an animal lover. She will be remembered as a kind and loving woman and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Surviving are two children, Metthias Greier-Mullins of Tennessee and Jennette Teves of Sanford; her companion, Edmond Martel of Biddeford; three siblings, Ingrid Ruhl of Texas, Maria Fields of Virginia and Berthold Greier of Germany and several nieces and nephews.Services for Theodora will be private.Arrangements are under the direction of Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home in Springvale.To leave a message of condolence for the family please click on the condolences tab to the left.
