Hosea L. Tardif

Hosea L. "Mike" Tardif, 74, of Sanford, died January 25 at the Newton Center in Sanford.He was born in Springvale on December 2, 1932 the son of Harmel and Merine (DeWire) Tardif.He attended Notre Dame School and was a lifelong area resident. He was employed over the years with Universal Shoe and with the State of Maine as a truck driver, retiring in 1989.Survivors include several first cousins and many good friends.A period of visitation will be held on Monday at 10 AM at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Therse of Lisieux Parish, Notre Dame Church in Springvale.
