Jason Scott Sibilio, 45, of Sanford, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at his home in Sanford. He was born in New Milford, CT on February 13, 1968 a son of Richard Sibilio and Diane Pannier. He attended Henry Abbott Technical School in Danbury, CT.He loved woodworking, fishing, and hunting. He worked at a printing company and in the fiber optic telecommunication field. He loved helping other people and being a testimony to them. Due to his illness, he many times could not attend church but loved praying for his church and church family.Jason in survived by his loving wife, Donna Sibilio, step daughter, Alyssa Collins, step daughter Jessica Collins, son Montana Sibilio, and step daughter, Sarah Collins, his father, Richard Sibilio and his step mother, Marie Sibilio, of Redding, CT, his mother, Diane Pannier of Stuart, FL, his brother, Gregory Sibilio and his family of New Milford, CT, and his sister, Samantha Stafford and her family of Fort Pierce, FL.He will be missed by his father in law, Donald Fabrizio, many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law, other extended family members and friends.A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4, at 11AM at the Calvary Baptist Church, 68 High Street, Sanford. The service will also be streamed live online at www.calvaryofsanford.org. A luncheon will immediately follow the service. Burial will be in the spring at Riverside Cemetery.The family wishes to extend its appreciation to all the medical professionals who cared for Jason and his family through his illness.Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donating to the Jason Sibilio Fund in care of Donna Sibilio sent to Calvary Baptist Church, 68 High Street, Sanford, ME 04073 or to the Sanford Christian Academy, 62 High Street, Sanford, ME 04073.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
