Lisa L. Savoie

Lisa Graffam Savoie, 51, of East Waterboro, passed on September 24, 2016 surrounded by the ones she loved. Lisa was the daughter of Lewis and Elsie Graffam and the wife of David R Savoie. She leaves behind her beloved children, David Savoie and Amanda (Savoie) Robinson. She also leaves her cherished grandchildren Hunter and Little David. Lisa was the beloved sister to her 17 brothers and sisters. She was the Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She leaves behind her partner of the last 3 years, Norm Curit.Lisa married the love of her life, David Raymond Savoie, on February 4, 1984 and lived a happy life until his passing on July 14, 2012. She was always by his side. She was a devoted mother, sister and friend. Lisa will be sorely missed. Her soft eyes, warm smile and gentle ways made everyone around her feel warm and loved. She would do anything for you if you just asked her to help. She loved playing with her grandchildren, babysitting her numerous nieces and nephews and going out to play bingo with her sisters. She loved to have everyone over for great feasts where everyone felt as though they were home. There will be a hole in the world with her passing that no person will ever be able to fill.There will be a graveside service for Lisa on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Pine Grove South Cemetery on West Road in Waterboro. She will be laid to her final rest next to her beloved David. There will be no calling hours. A celebration of her life will be held directly following the graveside service at Tiffany Hurst's house, 148 Back Rd, Alfred, Maine.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.To leave a message of condolence for the family please click on the condolences tab to the left.
