Linwood Saindon

Linwood "Hutch" Saindon, 43, of Sanford, loving son, brother and uncle, died July 9 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland after a long illness.He was born in Biddeford on July 1, 1965, a son of Theodore N. and Ethel (Evans) Saindon.Hutch was disabled by the effects of diabetes for many years, but prior to his illness he worked as a mechanic in Florida where he enjoyed buying and working on cars. He was a loving person who was very giving. His family noted that for many years he took extraordinary care of their mother.Survivors include his mother Ethel A. Saindon of Sanford, sister Betty Lou Fisher of Dover, NH, brother Richard Saindon of Lebanon, sister Bonny Ella Harriman of Georgia, brother Steven Saindon of Sanford, sisters in law Sue DeWitt of Shapleigh and Jessica Saindon of Sanford, and nieces and nephews Christopher, Angie, Richard Jr., Carrie, Shelby, Alexandra and Jonah.A gathering of relatives and friends will be held at graveside on Wednesday, July 16 at 1:00 PM at the South Buxton Cemetery at Tory Hill in Buxton.
