Robyn Russell

Robyn Rees Russell, 39, of Sanford, passed away on April 16, 2009 at the Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire. She was born in Long Beach, CA, on June 1, 1969, a daughter of Kenneth and Patricia (Buckland) Rees. She graduated from Wells High School and worked in management for many years.For the past 11 years Robyn fought many illnesses. At the age of 28 she won a battle with cancer. She was always cheerful and happy and never felt sorry for herself. Robyn is survived by her daughter, Samantha Jordyn Russell, a good daughter that took care of her mum in the best way she could; her ex husband, Scott Russell of York; her mother, Patricia Rees; brothers, Bob and his wife, Crystal, Steve and his partner, Pat; sisters, Penny and her partner Mike, Misti and her husband, Andrew, and a very special god son, Skyler. She is predeceased by her life partner Ramona who passed away on February 14, 2009.
