David J. Roux

David J. Roux, 55, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday July 30, 2008, at the H.D. Goodall Hospital in Sanford. Born on March 3, 1953, in Sanford, David was a son of Emile and Lorraine (Therrien) Roux.David was a member of the Wolves Club and a 3rd Degree member of the Rev. John J. McGinnis Council #2231, Knights of Columbus in Sanford. An avid Red Sox Fan, David enjoyed baseball having never missed his son, Anthony's baseball games. He also enjoyed fishing and playing bingo.He is predeceased by his parents, Emile and Lorraine Roux, one son, Daniel D. Roux.He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Deborah J. (Martin) Roux, his children, Anthony Sprague and his girlfriend, April Perkins, both of Kennebunk, Danielle Sprague Walker of Wakefield, NH, Jennifer Sprague of Farmington, NH, Christine Roux of Biddeford and Christopher Roux of Hollis, one brother, Daniel Roux of Pensacola, FL, 12 grandchildren and one granddog 'Mugzee', two special friends, Ken and Gladys Demers of Alfred, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.Visiting hours will be on Tuesday from 6 to 8pm at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford.
