Nancy C. Raymond

Nancy C. Raymond, 82, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Newton Center in Sanford.She was born on October 31, 1935 to Eric and Adelia (Hedberg) Anderson in Waltham, MA. Nancy and her husband Ernest "Dick" owned and operated Raymond Tool Manufacturing Inc., in Limerick for 33 years. She and her husband shared hobbies such as motorcycling when they were younger; they were members of Indian Mound Golf Course in Center Ossipee, NH, and then the Province Lake Golf Club. They enjoyed traveling to Canada for their vacations in the summer to play golf.Nancy also enjoyed bowling very much, and was a member of the Thursday Morning Bowling League at Bowl-A-Rama in Sanford, in which she was involved until just recently when her health declined.Nancy was an independent, strong-headed Swedish woman whom after losing her husband continued to live alone in rural Newfield until her passing.She is predeceased by her parents, and her husband of 46 years, Ernest Raymond, and a son, Russell Raymond who passed in 2014.Survivors include a daughter Sheila Stillings, of Center Ossipee, NH, a sister Anna Roberts of Knox, ME, brothers Eric Anderson Jr. and his wife Joane of Stow, MA, and Richard Anderson of Berwick, ME, a granddaughter Adelia Boyle and her significant other Richard Boyle, of Biddeford, a great grand daughter Alana Boyle and many nieces and nephews. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., where a time of sharing will be at 3:30 at Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St. Springvale, ME.Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Limerick Fire and Rescue, P.O.
