Clarence L. Pinette

Clarence L. Pinette, age 66, of Montreal Street, Sanford, died December 30, 2003 at Goodall Hosptial. He was born in Fort Kent, September 14, 1937 a son of the late Max and Modes Marie (Belanger) Pinette. He attended schools in Fort Kent and enlisted in the Army at age 16 during the Korean Conflict. While in the service he received his GED.Following service to his country, he returned to Canada and married his wife, Clairenia, and started his family. He was employed as a driver for Tilcon and also Dead River Company. For the past six years he was employed as an airplane parts inspector for Sermetek in Biddeford.Surviors include his wife of 43 years, Clairenia M.(Lang) Pinette of Sanford, ME; five sons, John D., Tom A., Scott E., Jeff D. ,and Lenny P., all of Sanford; three grandsons, Thomas M., Scotty, John and a granddaughter, Sarah, all of Sanford, ME.Relatives and friends may call at the Heald Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale on Sunday, January 4, 2004 from 2-5 PM. Please meet the family at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Sanford for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM Monday, January 5, 2004. Cremation will follow.
