Arlene M. Pelletier
Arlene M. Pelletier, 63, of Sanford, died at the H.D. Goodall Hospital in Sanford on Friday, June 7, 2013.Arlene was born in Frenchville on May 15, 1950, one of 17 children, to Hubald and Annie (Rossignal) Bouchard. She grew up in Frenchville where she attended local schools.The majority of Arlene's life was devoted to raising her children and caring for her family. She was employed for several years at Bass Shoe Company in Sanford. She has a very thoughtful person and was always quick to help anybody in need. She was also an animal lover and was particularly fond of her dog Suzie. Arlene will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Surviving are three children, Normand Pelletier and his wife Theresa of Springvale, Lorraine Knight and her husband Douglas of Sanford and Dan Pelletier and his wife Sarah of Sanford; eight grandchildren, Katie Farnsworth, Thomas Pelletier, Amber Farnsworth, Nicole Pelletier, Amanda Pelletier, Shawn Farnsworth, Shane Pelletier and Mathew Coppola; two great grandchildren, Patrick White and Peyton White and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 11th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home located at 29 Winter Street in Sanford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 12th at St. Therse of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church, located on North Avenue in Sanford. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford.Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Sanford Food Pantry, P.O.
