Jay Northrup

Jay E. Northup III, 68, of Sanford, died on Friday, June 16, 2017 after a long illness at Greenwood Center in Sanford.He was born on March 25, 1948 to Jay and Shirley (Corbett) Northup II, in Biddeford.Jay was employed at the Portland school system as a maintenance worker for many years.He enjoyed any and every kind of fishing, he was a loving and caring man and will missed.Survivors include his, 3 daughters, Jayleen White, of Portland, Anna Bragdon and husband Randy of Massachusetts, and Theresa Wedge and husband John, of Sanford, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several cousins, and his wife Loretta Northup.Friends and relatives are invited to a time of visitation on Friday, June 23, 2017, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, Springvale.To leave a message of condolence please click condolence tab at left.
