Arthur W. Nobert

Arthur W. Nobert, 78, of Sanford, died April 24 at the Newton Center in Sanford after a brief illness.He was born in Sanford on April 27, 1937, the son of Wilfred W. and Ruth A. (Lupien) Nobert and attended Sanford schools.For many years, he was employed as a meter reader with the Sanford Water District.He was predeceased by a brother, Paul Nobert. Survivors include his brother, Ronald Nobert and his wife Lucille of Sanford, and several nieces and nephews.Services will be private with burial at St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
