Anita P. Nobert

Anita P. Nobert, 90, of Sanford, died November 5 at the Goodall Hospital in Sanford after a brief illness.She was born in Biddeford on March 9, 1923, the daughter of George and Marie (Pare) Petrin.Anita was predeceased by her husband, Francis J. Nobert on March 21, 2002 and by her sister, Theresa Levasseur.Survivors include her son Danny Nobert and his wife Germaine of Springvale, with whom she resided for the past seven years, son Steve Nobert and his wife Donna of Sanford, five grandchildren, Sandra Patch, Jeff Nobert, Doreen Riordon, Jeannine Nobert, Chris Nobert, seven great grandchildren, Katie, Jenna, Ethan, Alison, Hannah, Shelby, Maci, two great great grandchildren, Miles, Ella, brother Paul Petrin of Franklin, NH, sister Cecile Dion of Lyman, and her brother Donald Petrin and his wife Brenda of Bluffton, NC.Anita spent the last few months rehabilitating from surgery at the Newton Center in Sanford. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of the Newton Center and of Goodall Hospital for the exceptional care she and her family received.Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday from 6 to 8 PM at the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church of St. Therse of Lisieux Parish, 66 North Avenue, Sanford. Burial will follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford.Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
