Lee P. Nadeau, 61, of Alfred, died at his home on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 after a long illness.Lee was born in Saco on October 25, 1944 to Edmond and Adrienne Charette Nadeau and attended local schools.Mr. Nadeau worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed the freedom of the open road that this line of work gave to him. He was also a motorcycle enthusiast, being particularly fond of Harley Davidson bikes. Over the years, Lee kept up with what was going on in his family's lives and their achievements by saving various photographs and newspaper clippings. Lee will be remembered as a kind man who enjoyed life and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Lee was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Carl Nadeau.Surviving are two sons, Edmond Nadeau and his wife Selma of Hiram and Jody Nadeau and his wife Serena of Alfred; two daughters, Julie Abbott of Westbrook and Lori Racicot and her husband Joe of Limerick; a sister Claire Hussey of Alfred and two brothers, Steve Hussey of North Carolina and Mike Hussey of Alfred.Services for Mr. Nadeau will be private.
