Pauline Baiguy

Pauline Baiguy, 93, of Sanford, passed away peacefully in Sanford on January 12, 2012. She was born in Biddeford, Maine on September 5, 1918, a daughter of the late Hector and Odina (Lamirande) Tardiff. She graduated from Biddeford High School and worked at J.C. Penney, the Children's Shop and W.T. Grant before her retirement.She was married to Jean Baiguy for 47 years until his death in 1994.In addition to spending time with family and friends, Pauline enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, knitting and sewing. Pauline is survived by her four children, Suzanne Belisle and her husband John of Suffern, New York, John Baiguy and his wife Rolande of Sanford, Maine, Charlotte Friel of Whitefield, Maine and Diane Hodgin of Chesapeake, Virginia; also 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Her sister Jeanette Murphy of Miami, Florida and her brother-in-law George Baiguy and wife Mona of Biddeford also survive her.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 11AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish, Holy Family Church, 66 North Avenue in Sanford.
