Patrick C. Miller

Patrick C. Miller, 72, of Wells, died on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the H.D. Goodall Hospital in Sanford.Patrick, the son of Ernest and Wanda Miller, was born on October 13, 1941 in Sanford where he grew up and attended local schools. He was employed at several places during his working life including Corey Shoe and the Bar-H motel in Sanford.Patrick enjoyed doing jig-saw puzzles, lifting weights and playing cribbage. He also enjoyed listening to music from the 1950's and watching Shepherd's Chapel on television. He will be remembered as a kind and loving man and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.Patrick was predeceased by his wife, Betty Jo Miller.Surviving are his son, Patrick M. Miller and his wife Anne Marie of Wells; a brother, Michael Babine of Sanford; a special niece, Carrie-Lyn Johnson of Springvale who stayed by his side until the very end; two step-grandchildren, four step-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.At Patrick's request there will be no formal services.
