Michael C. Meattey

Michael C. Meattey died unexpectedly on August 18, 2017 in Lebanon, ME as the result of a vehicle accident. Mike was 55 years old.Mike is survived by his step-mother Alice Meattey of Dover, NH, his sister Deb Ryan of Dover, NH, his brother Mark and Jane Meattey of Sanford, NC, sister Suzanne Meattey and Joann Poore of York, ME, and sister Rebecca and Kevin Sandford, of Lebanon, ME. He is preceded in death by his mother Jacquelyn A. Stacy, father Richard R. Meattey, and his brother Matthew J. Meattey.Mike was born on January 30, 1962 in Barrington, NH. He loved music and played with various local bands and musicians. Mike was actively involved in the Ezekiel's Wheel Project to promote peace, love and understanding through music. He frequently performed at fundraisers and festivals.The family will hold a memorial service will be held at a date to be determined later.
