Jeannine A. (Binette) LeBrun, 84, a lifelong resident of Sanford, Maine, died peacefully on September 13, 2020 at the Barron Center, in Portland Maine.She married her beloved husband, Roland LeBrun, on September 15,1956. Through their involvement in the Church choir, they spent time together and fell in love.Jeannine spent her life creating a loving home for her Husband, Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Sunday's were her favorite day of the week. She loved to continue the tradition of gathering Family to visit on those Sunday afternoons, as she had experienced, while growing up, with her Family. Not only did Jeannine provide child care for her own Children and Grandchildren, she provided it within her community. Her love of Children was very strong. Jeannine was a devoted member of St. Therese of Lisieux Parish and Holy Family Church in Sanford. She was the organist at Holy Family Church for many, many years. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and The Ladies of St. Anne, and was part of the prayer chain at Holy Family as well. Jeannine will be remembered as a kind, warm, funny and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister. The things she taught her Family, about love and Family, will be passed on for generations to come. She will be missed by so many. Jeannine was predeceased by her Husband, Roland LeBrun, three Brothers, Raoul (Pete) Binette, Robert Binette, and Donald Binette.Jeannine is survived by her Children, Mark A. LeBrun and his Wife Nancy of Alfred, Alan D. LeBrun of Sanford, Lisa R. Gorman and her Husband Scott of North Berwick and Judith A. LeBrun of Portsmouth, NH; Grandchildren David LeBrun, Jason LeBrun, Thomas LeBrun, Jeffrey LeBrun, Scott Gorman Jr., Brenna Gorman, Lindsay Gorman, Audrey Gorman, and Matthew Gorman; many Great Grandchildren and her twin Sisters, Irene Jacques and Lorraine Keenan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday September 25th at 11AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish-Holy Family Church in Sanford. Burial for both Jeannine and Roland will follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford.Arrangements are under the direction of the Lafrance-Lambert & Black Funeral Home, 29 Winter Street, Sanford.In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeannine's name may be made to your favorite charity.Condolences may be expressed at www.blackfuneralhomes.com
