Ruth LaRochelle

Ruth M. LaRochelle, 89, of Lebanon, Maine passed away on Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Greenwood Center in Sanford. She was born on March 8, 1919 in Minnesota, a daughter of Andrew and Lempi Bajumpa.In 1957 she married Joseph LaRochelle in CT. They moved to Vermont and made their home in St. Albans. After Mr. LaRochelle's retirement in 1995 they moved to Sanford. More recently she had been residing with her daughter in Lebanon. Mrs. LaRochelle loved reading and enjoyed watching T.V.She is predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Joseph LaRochelle and one grandson, Aaron Good. She is survived by her daughter, Gayle Good Laplume and her husband, Roger of Lebanon, three grandsons, Kevin Good, Kirby Good and his wife, Valerie and Randall Good and his wife, Robin, three sisters, Rachel Dahl and her husband, Ervin of Minnesota, Martha Wasson and her husband, John of Ohio and Norma Pajot and her husband, Francis of Connecticut. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th at 2pm at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
