Frank J. Kincel

Frank J. Kincel, 62, of Sanford, died Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.Frank was born in Trenton, New Jersey on September 17, 1944 to Frank A. and Victoria Nendza Kincel. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and was later employed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Frank was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed traveling and loved his truck.Surviving are his companion of over 20 years, Erma Roberge of Sanford; two daughters, Julie Ross of Wakefield, New Hampshire and Debbie James of Thornton, New Hampshire; a stepdaughter, Lori Hill of Arundel; a stepson, Rick Roberge of Dover, New Hampshire and 3 grandchildren.At Mr. Kincel's request, there will be no funeral services.
