Mary L. Keefe

Mary L. Keefe, 87, of Springvale, passed away on Sunday January 15, 2012 at the H.D. Goodall Hospital in Sanford. She was born on January 17, 1924 in West Lebanon. On August 4, 1942 she married Donald E. Keefe in Lebanon.For 28 years she had been employed at Normans Five and Dime. She retired in 1987 from Spraque Electric with 14 years of service with the company.She is survived by her husband of 69 1/2 years, Donald E. Keefe of Springvale, one daughter Susan Keefe and her husband, William Hale Jr., of Freeport, one son, James Keefe of Sanford, grandchildren, Jenny Joe Quiron, Heather Gibson, Meagan Gibson, one great granddaughter, Olivia.Visiting hours for Mrs. Keefe will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale. The funeral service will be held on Sunday at 1PM at the funeral home.
