Hogue, 83, of Davenport, Florida, formerly of Sanford, Maine died on February 19, 2017.A memorial service with military honors will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 24th at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home located at 580 Main Street in Springvale.
