Committal services will be held on Monday, October 24 at 11:00 at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale for Francis I. Harmon, Jr. Burial will follow with military honors.Mr. Harmon died on September 21 at in Sanford at the age of 58.Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main Street, Springvale.
